Shipping & Delivery

All Skin Dip orders are packed and dispatched from within the United Kingdom.
At this time, we deliver within the UK only.

UK Tracked Delivery

We offer a range of tracked delivery options at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

If any item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly and issue a refund for the affected item(s).

Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery (Large Parcels) – £7.05
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

InPost parcel locker delivery is available in mainland UK only and is subject to locker availability.

Click & Collect (Partner Collection Points)

Free Click & Collect is available from selected partner clinic collection points.

Collection availability will be shown at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification confirming when and where it can be collected.

These partner locations act as collection points only and do not operate as Skin Dip retail stores.

Skin Dip is an online-only retailer.
Orders are delivered to customers by post or collected from selected partner collection points. Skin Dip does not operate a public retail store.

Stock Availability & Refunds

While we do our best to maintain accurate stock levels, availability may occasionally change. If an item cannot be fulfilled, a refund for the unavailable product will be issued to the original payment method.
